Is Photography Art?

Photography is art because it's like a digital painting. You take a picture instead of painting it. You can create an image how you like before taking a picture. Photography is basically digital art. You can take some really unique and beautiful pictures. Art can be beautiful or terrible, as can be photographs. Photographs can capture the same thing art can. In art, you can paint whatever you want, however you want, wherever want. Photographs can do the same thing. You can place objects where you want them, adjust the angle of the photo to get the shot you want. Photography is art.
